1 、气密的目的··········································12 、气密的原则及要求·····································1 3 、气密前应具备的条件···································· 14 、气密的系统划分和气密压力等级·························· 25、 检查方法和合格标准····································2 6 、具体实施步骤·········································3 7、 气密注意事项······································· 188、 附录················································19 9、 氮气置换的目的······································37 10、 氮气置换的原则及要求·······························37 11 、氮气置换的合格标准·································37 12 、氮气置换前应具备的条件·····························37 13 、氮气置换步骤·······································37 14 、氮气置换注意事项···································45 15 、附录···············································4516、 系统干燥的目的·····································5317 、系统干燥的原则及要求·······························53 18 、各系统干燥合格的标准·······························54 19 、系统干燥前的准备工作·······························54 20 、干燥步骤···········································5421 、附录···············································58 1 气密的目的 由于装置内的物料多为易燃易爆物质,为避免开车后发生着火爆炸、污染环境、设备、人身事故;保证各工艺参数正常。在装置投料试车前,必须进行气密试验。 本装置所进行的气密试验是指用适当的流体介质在操作压力的1.0~1.1倍压力下,对已经吹扫合格的并已复位的设备和管道的所有连接点借助肥皂水进行试漏并消除泄漏处,直到全部合格为止。2 气密的原则及要求 2.1 为防止高压系统气密介质窜入低压系统,应从低压系统开始气密试验。 2.2 气密时必须用两个以上的压力表进行指示,压力表量程应为试验压力的 1.1倍以上。 2.3 为保护非升压监视用压力表,在升压之前,应关闭仪表导压管。 2.4 气密系统如有止逆阀时,应从止逆阀上游侧加压;升压时应缓慢进行,气密压力不得超过规定限值;泄压时应尽可能由低点或死角处的倒淋进行排放避免积液。 2.5 为防止高压系统向低压系统窜压,在低压系统打开排放阀以便泄放窜压。 2.6 试验过程中应注意安全,无关人员应远离现场,谨防事故发生。 2.7 系统与系统之间的管线用阀门隔开,必要时用盲板隔开,防止低压系统超压。 2.8 公用工程系统管线尽可能用管线内的介质进行气密试验。3 气密前应具备的条件 3.1 确认被试验的系统全部安装完毕,经过压力试验及吹扫冲洗合格后,按规定装好正式垫片。 3.2 确保气密所需的介质如氮气、空气的供应。 3.3 准备好试漏所需的工具:气密专用工具 、检漏液、毛刷、小桶、记号笔、试验记录等。 3.4 准备好必要的垫片、盘根及拆卸工具以备更换之用。 3.5 按要求确保试验系统的阀门关闭;拆换所有超量程仪表 ;选择好充气管线和进气控制阀门;安全阀处于动作状态;仪表、调节阀、节流孔板、流量计等安装就位。 3.6 试验人员熟悉工艺流程和气密及泄漏率试验方案。4 气密的系统划分和气密压力等级 异戊烷球罐、混合 C5 球罐、产品气压缩机一、二段及相关设备管线气密压力 0.3MPa,其它系统及设备管线气密压力为氮气压力,约 0.6M
